Limitations of Liability. SYMANTEC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS) ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE UNDER OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SOFTWARE.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California. This Agreement may only be modified by a written license addendum, which has been signed by both you and Symantec.
